An eye witness has reported that a BRT Bus is currently being razed by Fire on Third Mainland Bridge this morning. The cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained....more updates coming...

A pregnant woman and nine others were injured in a stampede during the inauguration of Imo State Governor Emeka Ihedioha's on Wednesday in Owerri. A member of the medical team for the inauguration, Dr. Francis Igwe, confirmed the figure to the News Agency of Nigeria in Owerri. The cause of the stampede was as a result of huge crown which besieged the Dan Anyiam Stadium, which is the venue of the inauguration. Dr. Igwe however, said that the victims were revived. He told NAN that the medical team led by Dr. Vin Udokwu were proactive to handle the situation. In his words, " When we saw the crowd l, we suspected that there may be an emergency situation; we quickly put out personnel and equipment together just to get ready, " he said. It was reported that before the inauguration, a woman had fainted and was carried away from the field by medical personnel on a stretcher.
The forward has told the Spanish club he will be leaving this summer.
